This is criminal. I have a mentally disabled son. This man was a citizen unable to defend himself against the administrations uncaring machine. "ICE has no reason to believe that it improperly removed Pedro Guzman"? Get real. Claiming to be protecting us, our government has become the "evil empire" that they rail against.
