Treasury Department goes after Michael Moore for "Sicko" Cuba travel
Restricting an American's travel to Cuba under the guise of a trade embargo is unconstitutional and a big bunch of bull-droppings. Cuban dissidents in Florida send money home with no problem. Michael, tell them to suck an egg and take it to the Supreme Court.

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Although the constitution lists various rights that are retained by the people, the founding fathers realized that there were other non-listed rights that should be protected.
