FEMA Administrator Forced to Appear Before Congress

Having people live in poison trailers sounds like you want to kill them. Katrina effected the poor and minorities most. They didn't have them means to get out of the city and have been forced to live in poor conditions whether they accept a poison trailer or not. Hould we be looking at this as a class/race war?
