Global warming is a global fight

EU carmakers warn that production will have to be moved to countries with cheaper labor if they have to meet the pollution standards that meet the Kyoto Accords. This is a global issue and it requires global resources. If production must be moved to save the Earth, move it. Here in the U.S. the greedy CEO's of our auto companies went with profit and now have debt. Either do it with science or do it with cheap labor. Where are the scientists that work for the auto companies? If the auto companies had been doing the right thing all along, instead of pushing profitable SUVs and big trucks, they and the world would be in less of a predicament.
