Cheney the "timelord". I'm a fan of science fiction. Recently it has been making more sense than the reality we live in. Ever seen Doctor Who, the long running British sci-fi series? I think Cheney sees himself as a timelord, existing outside of space and time. And like a tardis, he thinks his head is bigger on the inside than it is on the outside.
