This Howard thing really angers me. If it's before someone is elected president, it's meddling. Right now Howard is as vulnerable as Bush and is throwing his "Hail Mary" too. I don't oppose a surge but it should olny be used to extracate Ameerica's children who are now in Iraq in danger.
